產品本身沒有問題，但我在等候發貨時遇到問題 ，官網的訂單查詢會把你轉移到網址https://t.17track.net/ ，該網站一直顯示我的訂單為 Not found 及 Unknown ，查找該網站的幫助中心頁面後說要再等一兩天後再查詢。誰知再過兩天就收到順豐說我包裹超過時限沒提貨，之後再到自取櫃被收取了$20越時提貨費用。我之後再檢查SMS發現前兩天已經收到順豐的提貨SMS，但以為是詐騙訊息所以沒有按連結，加上官網提供的包裹追蹤一直顯示 Not found 及 Unknown，所以並沒有理會該SMS。最終結果就係令我比多咗$20。如果官網提供的包裹追蹤一直出現問題，不如索性不提供，因為這樣會令到顧客以為包裹一直未送出。

喜歡佢外殼物料非常高質，
唯一要彈嘅係USB-C同USBC-A插位有啲接近，用啲粗少少插頭嘅線有機會不能同時插A同C，希望下個產品可以改善
